Terms of Service

Important: Option Lens provides data analysis and educational tools only. It is not a broker, investment advisor, or financial services firm. Nothing in this app or website constitutes investment advice. All trading decisions are yours and carry risk of loss.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Option Lens application ("App") or this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App or this website.

These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you and Leadify AI ("we", "us", "our"). We may update these Terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

Option Lens is a mobile application with a supporting website that:

  • Retrieves and processes publicly available options market data
  • Applies a strategy-aware scoring method to rank options research setups
  • Displays ranked results and educational content to registered users
  • Tracks entry prices and generates exit score indicators for saved positions
  • Delivers push notifications for position alerts (premium subscribers)

The App does not execute trades, manage portfolios, provide brokerage services, or constitute a registered investment advisor.

3. Not Financial Advice

All content within Option Lens — including opportunity scores, exit scores, educational materials, and any communications from us — is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Past performance of any scoring methodology is not indicative of future results. You should conduct your own due diligence and consult a licensed financial advisor before making any trading decisions.

Options trading involves substantial risk of loss. You may lose more than your initial investment. Only trade with capital you can afford to lose.

4. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use Option Lens
  • You must be legally permitted to trade options in your jurisdiction
  • You represent that your use of the App complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason

5. User Accounts

To access the App you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Keep your password secure and not share your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
  • Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or are used for fraudulent purposes.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Free Tier

Free accounts may browse available opportunities, while the two highest-ranked setups are reserved for Premium. Free accounts may save up to 1 favorite. No payment is required for the free tier.

Premium Subscription

Premium subscriptions are offered on a monthly or annual basis. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay the applicable fees as displayed at the time of purchase.

  • All payments are processed by Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android)
  • We do not store your payment card information
  • Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled
  • Prices may change with reasonable notice

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings (iOS) or Google Play account (Android). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not issue refunds for unused subscription time, except as required by applicable law or as required by Apple/Google policies.

Refunds

Refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google depending on your platform. We do not process refunds directly. If you experience a technical failure that prevented access to premium features, contact us at hello@leadifyai.ca and we will work to resolve the issue.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, algorithms, trademarks, and materials within Option Lens and this website are owned by or licensed to Leadify AI and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense any part of the App or its content
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the App
  • Use the App's scoring data for commercial resale or redistribution
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App or this website to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App
  • Transmit any malware, spam, or harmful content
  • Engage in any activity that could harm Leadify AI or other users

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers

The App and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
  • Accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of market data or scores
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App
  • Results that may be obtained from use of the App

Market data may be delayed or inaccurate. We are not responsible for data provider outages, errors, or changes in data availability.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Leadify AI, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Your use of or inability to use the App
  • Any trading decisions made based on App content
  • Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in market data
  • Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or CAD $100, whichever is greater.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Leadify AI and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

13. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services including Firebase (Google), RevenueCat, Apple App Store, and Google Play Store. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

14. App Store Terms

If you download the App from the Apple App Store, Apple's App Store Terms of Service also apply. Apple is not responsible for the App and has no obligation to provide support for it. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms, Apple's terms shall govern with respect to App Store-specific matters.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada.

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before the changes take effect (where reasonably practicable). Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
