Download Option Lens from the App Store or Google Play. Open the app and tap "Create Account". Enter your email address and choose a password (minimum 8 characters). Verify your email via the link we send you, then sign in. That's it — no brokerage connection or personal financial info required.
Every option is scored from 0 to 100. The score blends three factors: IV Rank — how elevated implied volatility is versus its own 52-week history; Liquidity — volume, open interest, and bid-ask spread tightness; Greeks — delta, theta, and vega characteristics. A score of 80+ is generally considered a high-quality setup across all three dimensions. Scores are relative rankings, not guarantees of profit.
When you sell (or plan to sell) an option premium, add it to Favorites by tapping the star on any opportunity card.
The Exit Score (0–100) tells you whether to hold or close a favorited position. Lower = stronger signal to exit. It starts from a Base Score (0–70) determined by profit/loss percentage vs. your entry price, then subtracts a DTE Penalty (as expiry approaches) and a Value Penalty (if the option is nearly worthless). An Exit Score near 0 means "close now"; near 70 means "hold". We recommend closing when the score drops below 20.

Free users cannot view the top 2 opportunities and can only save 1 favorite. Premium unlocks every opportunities and unlimited favorites
Inside the app, tap any locked opportunity or go to Settings → Upgrade to Premium. Choose a monthly or annual plan and complete the purchase through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Payment is handled entirely by Apple or Google — we never see your payment details.
iOS: Go to Settings (iPhone) → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → Option Lens → Cancel Subscription.
Android: Open Google Play → tap your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Option Lens → Cancel.
You'll retain premium access until the end of your current billing period. We don't issue refunds for unused time, but your access won't abruptly cut off.
First, try: Settings → Restore Purchases inside the app. If that doesn't work, sign out and sign back in. If the issue persists more than 30 minutes after purchase, contact us at hello@leadifyai.ca with your order confirmation and we'll sort it out manually within 48 hours.
Troubleshooting
Common issues & fixes
This usually happens on weekends or market holidays when no new data has been uploaded, or if your DTE/Delta filters are too narrow. Try: (1) pull down to refresh, (2) reset your filters to defaults (7–45 DTE), (3) check that you have a working internet connection. If markets are open and the issue persists, contact us.
Double check you're using the same email you registered with (check for typos). Tap "Forgot Password" to get a reset link sent to your email. If you signed up with Google, use "Sign in with Google" instead of email/password.
Check that notifications are enabled: (1) go to your phone's Settings → Notifications → Option Lens and make sure Allow Notifications is on. (2) Inside the app, go to Settings and confirm notification permissions are granted. (3) Make sure Do Not Focus / Focus Mode isn't silencing notifications. Notification delivery also requires an active premium subscription.
Try closing and reopening the app. If crashes persist, update to the latest version from the App Store or Google Play. If you're on an older device, make sure you have at least 100 MB of free storage. Still crashing? Email us at hello@leadifyai.ca with your device model and iOS/Android version.
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account inside the app. This will permanently remove your account and all associated data (favorites, preferences). If you have an active subscription, cancel it through Apple or Google before deleting to avoid future charges. Account deletion is irreversible.
